I began by running a brand strategy session with AIP to establish the fundamental makeup of the brand. Through this process, we clarified AIP’s personality, values and proposition, positioning them as the go‑to partner for accelerating growth, driving value and ensuring business continuity for associations. This strategic groundwork became the anchor for all creative decisions that followed.



Building on the strategy, I developed a visual identity that balanced professionalism with approachability. The new design system was applied across key touchpoints including a microsite, digital marketing assets and presentation templates. The result positioned AIP for meaningful growth, delivering immediate impact while setting the foundation for future marketing and long‑term brand success.
